PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beam-column connection structure between a steel framed reinforced concrete column and a steel beam. SOLUTION: A column steel has a web plate which is thicker in thickness than a flange plate so as to rigidly connect the steel beam in a column steel strong axis direction thereto without using a diaphragm. The steel beam in a column steel weak axis direction has only its web connected to the column steel, and an embedded length of the steel beam in column concrete is set to a length that can rigidly connect the steel beam thereto.
