The implant has an implant body (1) with outer and inner screw threads (2, 5) that are provided with parallel or taper thread leads and/or a combination of parallel and taper thread leads. The inner screw thread is reachable from top, and a crown part has a thread adapted to the inner screw thread. The screw threads are produced in such a manner that the crown part is placed accurately over a marking (6) in a laterally straight upper part of the implant in a direction desired for the mouth of a patient. The crown part is provided in different heights, magnitudes and forms.
