The handle (1) is formed as one piece so that the kinetic coefficient of friction between the handle to the stretcher belt is less than 0.8. The handle is formed of two materials with different shore-A hardnesses. The material with higher shore hardness forms a core (4) in the handle for the hardening of the handle, which is partially surrounded with low shore hardness by the material. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a stretcher packet for washing and cleaning agent (2) a method for manufacturing a stretcher packet.
