A fork (7) in the rotating catch plate (6) engages a bolt (2) in the locked position. Rotation is prevented by a lever (9) with a block (10) until the motor (18) drives a worm gear (19) to move the blocking lever and allow rotation of the catch plate which then operates a lever (24) to return the worm gear.
