<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find out a means capable of setting the heat-denaturation temperature of a template nucleic acid in a series of nucleic acid amplification reactions higher than conventional ones for quick detection, to find out a means capable of making a polymerase held at a low temperature region of the nucleic acid polymerase transferable and a form for being housed in a container later to reduce production cost, and also to find out a means capable or recovering and reusing the polymerase to reduce examination cost even when using the polymerase by a large amount. <P>SOLUTION: This method for amplifying the nucleic acid for performing the nucleic acid amplifications in a reaction container comprises setting a high temperature region and low temperature region in the reaction container, and using the transferable nucleic acid polymerase as the nucleic acid polymerase in addition to holding the nucleic acid polymerase in the low temperature region side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
