A system and a method for controlling a vehicle, and a program recording medium for the same are provided to control the vehicle about a removed or stolen exhaust reduction device remotely through an LBS(Location-Based Service) device installed at the vehicle when the exhaust reduction device is removed or stolen. An LBS terminal(245) transmits sensing data measured from more than one sensor installed at the vehicle to a server through an LBS base station. The server checks abnormality of the vehicle by reading the sensing data, and transmits vehicle control command data and execution time information of the vehicle control command data to the LBS terminal when the abnormality occurs in the vehicle. The LBS terminal checks time corresponding to the execution time information by linking with a timer, and executes or provides the vehicle control command data to an ECU(Electronic Control Unit) device(297) installed in the vehicle depending on a checking result. |
