PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low resilience foamable polyurethane resin easy to use without adhesion to hands, low in environmental load by halogen free, providing low resilience even at a low temperature of 5°C or less and capable of achieving light weight of a product and no density difference of a molded body (molded article) due to flotation of a microballoon.SOLUTION: There are provided a low resilience foamable polyurethane resin by reacting a polyurethane resin forming composition containing polyol having average functional group number of 2 to 3 and hydroxyl group value of 20 to 200 mgKOH/g, polyisocyanate, a resin microballoon containing no chlorine atom and a catalyst and a low resilience foamable polyurethane resin molded body by molding the low resilience foamable polyurethane resin.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
