An array substrate (10), display panel (1), and a manufacturing method for the array substrate (10); the array substrate (10) having a plurality of low-temperature polysilicon thin film transistors in a matrix, the array substrate (10) comprising: a substrate (101); a low-temperature polysilicon layer (104) disposed on the same surface as the substrate (101), a source electrode (107), a drain electrode (108) and a first conductive layer (112); the low-temperature polysilicon layer (104) is disposed at the middle of a surface of the substrate (101), the source electrode (107) and the drain electrode (108) are disposed at two sides of the low-temperature polysilicon layer (104), one end of the source electrode (107) is electrically connected to one end of the low-temperature polysilicon layer (104), one end of the drain electrode (108) is electrically connected to another end of the low-temperature polysilicon layer (104), and another end of the drain electrode (108) is electrically connected to the first conductive layer (112); an insulation layer (109) disposed on the low-temperature polysilicon layer (104), the source electrode (107), the drain electrode (108) and the first conductive layer (112); a gate electrode (110) disposed on the insulation layer (109) and corresponding to the low-temperature polysilicon layer (104); a passivation layer (111) layered on the gate electrode (110); and a second conductive layer (113) disposed on the passivation layer (111) and corresponding to the first conductive layer (112). |
