Provided is an OLED pixel structure, comprising red, green and blue sub-pixel regions. The red, green and blue sub-pixel regions respectively comprise a substrate (1), an anode (2) formed on the substrate (1), a flat layer (3) formed on the anode (2), an organic light-emitting layer (4) formed on the flat layer (3) and a cathode (5) formed on the organic light-emitting layer (4). An open area (31) is provided on the flat layer (3); the organic light-emitting layer (4) is in contact with the anode (2) via the open area (31); the anode comprises the anode (2) and an anode compensation region (21) connected to the anode (2); and the cathode (5), the anode compensation region (21) and a sandwich layer located between the cathode (5) and the anode compensation region (21) together constitute a compensation capacitor. The compensation capacitor respectively enables a total capacitance value of the red, green and blue sub-pixel regions to be equal, and to reach a capacitance value required for a drive circuit of an OLED device. |
