PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing device capable of utilizing the advantages of both a pre-coating method and a plasma method.SOLUTION: A printing device 1 includes plasma processing means 10 for oxidizing at least the surface of a printing medium by executing plasma treatment for the printing medium surface, a first pre-coating part 30A and a second pre-coating part 30B for carrying out pre-coating processing of applying processing liquid on the printing medium surface after the plasma treatment, and a recording part 40 for executing recording on the printing medium atter the pre-coating processing by an ink jet recording method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
