PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer capable of detecting that there is an unauthorized access to a circuit board mounting a memory, on a side of the circuit board.SOLUTION: A printer includes: a fiscal control board 7 provided with a battery 38; a memory board 15 provided with a fiscal memory 18, a memory board side RTC 42 and a fiscal control sub CPU 41; and a wiring sheet 16 provided with first wiring 21 and wrapping the memory board 15. The memory board side RTC 42 includes a volatile second register 56. The fiscal control sub CPU 41 includes a nonvolatile NV memory 51. The same random number is stored in the second register 56 and the NV memory 51. Power is supplied to the memory board side RTC 42 from the battery 38 via the first wiring 21 of the wiring sheet 16. When the wiring sheet 16 is broken, the first wiring 21 is cut and a value stored in the second register 56 is lost.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
