PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling apparatus having a uniform flow rate throughout a flow channel.SOLUTION: The cooling apparatus includes: a flow channel member 10, having a flow channel 11 of a concave shape formed, through which a fluid cooling medium flows; and a lid member 20, having a power module loaded, which blocks an opening of the concave-shaped flow channel 11. On the lid member 20, a radiation pin group 21 protruding inside the flow channel 11 is formed in staggered arrangement. A plurality of salients 12A are disposed on the sidewalls 12 of the flow channel 11 sandwiching the radiation pin group 21 therebetween. The salients 12A are disposed in a manner to protrude between each radiation pin 21a1 which is closest to the sidewalls 12, so that the salients 12A do not contact to the radiation pin 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
