PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical scanner in which predetermined components are fixed to each other in such a state that high reliability is secured even under an environment required for an on-vehicle product.SOLUTION: The optical scanner includes a light source, a light deflector which deflects and scans a luminous flux emitted from the light source, a substrate on which the light deflector is mounted, and a housing which fixes the substrate. The substrate includes a plurality of through-holes. The housing includes a projection corresponding to the through-hole. The substrate and the housing are fixed by using a solder in such a state that the projection is inserted into the through-hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
