PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analog signal processing apparatus capable of grasping a failure in the apparatus by simple processing.SOLUTION: Detection signals of first and second sensors 5, 6 are inputted to input terminals ch21, 24 and a reference voltage (3.0 V) out of a measurement range (0.5 V-2.5 V) of the first and second sensors 5, 6 is inputted to input terminals ch22, 23. When there is no abnormality in the four input terminals ch21, 22, 23, 24 by specifying respective input terminals ch in the order of ch21(00b)→ch22(01b)→ch24(11b)→ch23(10b), voltages in the measurement range of the first and second sensors 5, 6 and the reference voltage out of the measurement range of the first and second sensors 5, 6 are alternately measured. Thereby when the voltages are not measured, occurrence of an open failure in any one of the four input terminals ch21, 22, 23, 24 can be determined.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
