PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging device capable of protecting components in a case where a power equal to or more than a power required by a load is extracted, only by a secondary side circuit without heat generation.SOLUTION: A charging device comprises: an extraction unit 101 that extracts a power from wiring in which an AC current flows; a matching unit 102 that matches an impedance with an output impedance of the extraction unit 101; a rectification unit 103 that rectifies the extraction power extracted by the extraction unit 101 from an AC into a DC; a battery 105; a charging unit 104 that charges the battery 105 by utilizing a rectification extraction power rectified by the rectification unit 103; and a controller 106. The controller 106 adjusts the impedance of the matching unit 102 from a first state that is an impedance matching state to a second state that is not the impedance matching state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
