PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cantilevered stack structure that can facilitate an assembling work when a flat-plate type cell is assembled to a corresponding hole.SOLUTION: A fuel gas flow-in side end portion of each of a plurality of fuel battery cells 100 aligned in a stack form is inserted in a corresponding insertion hole 221 formed in the upper wall of a manifold for fuel gas, and joined/supported to the upper wall by using a joint member. When in top view, "a line 2 passing two different points which are located on a curved line forming the contour of the insertion hole and provides the maximum distance therebetween" is defined as "first line H1", "a line which passes over the midpoint O of a line segment having both the ends at the two points A and B and is vertical to the first line H1" is defined as "second line H2", the sum of the "intervals" on the first line H1 is represented by a(=a1+a2), and the sum of the intervals on the second line H2 is represented by b(=b1+b2), 1<a/b≤10 is satisfied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 |
