PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect a log before and after slowdown.SOLUTION: A second computer 102 stores predetermined information in a storage unit 113 at each time. A first computer 101 determines occurrence of slowdown between the first computer 101 and the second computer 102 on the basis of a first time at which an operation is not performed and a second time at which the first computer 101 does not receive output information from the second computer 102. When determining that the slowdown has occurred, the first computer 101 performs control to cause a third computer 103 to output the predetermined information stored in the storage unit 113 in a predetermined time before and after the time including time at which the slowdown has occurred.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
