The present invention relates to: a method for screening for an autophagy-specific inhibitor, capable determining, in a manner suitable for high-throughput testing in vitro, whether the formation of a Vps34-Beclin1-ATG14L complex, which plays an important role in the early stage of an autophagy phenomenon, is inhibited, by processing a library of candidate substances, various compounds, peptides, aptamers, and the like, which are expected to be able to inhibit autophagy; a kit which can be used in the method; and a method for analyzing the binding force of a target protein capable of binding to Vps34 or a complex comprising Vps34. When the method for screening for an autophagy-specific inhibitor, provided in the present invention, is used, a preparation capable of specifically inhibiting an autophagy phenomenon can be discovered, and thus the method can be widely used in the development of a composition for treating various diseases through the inhibition of autophagy. |
