PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a charging amount with respect to usage of a contract charging refund system, and an amount refunded to a user.SOLUTION: A commodity information retrieval device 300 comprises: receiving means which receives commodity information from a commodity information provider terminal 100; recording means which records the received commodity information; contract charging information recording means which records contract charging information associated with the commodity information; refund information recording means which records refund information associated with the commodity information; retrieval condition data receiving means which receives retrieval condition information indicating a retrieval condition of a commodity from a user terminal 200; commodity information extracting means which extracts commodity information matching with the retrieval condition information; contract charging amount specification means which specifies a contract charging amount according to commodity information extracted by the commodity information extracting means on the basis of the contract charging information; and refunded amount calculation means which calculates a refunded amount according to commodity information extracted by the commodity information extracting means on the basis of the refund information. |
