PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To brake a door so as not to automatically open to a casing and to facilitate the mounting and removal of the door. SOLUTION: A door 14 comprises a drive pin 24 in addition to a lower support shaft 22 forming the rotating center. A rotating flange 30 mounted rotatably to the casing 12 and having a support hole 37 for rotatably supporting the lower support shaft 22 and a plurality of drive hole 38 is provided on the lower part of the casing 12. A hinge equipped with friction brake 40 for braking the rotation of the rotating flange 30 is connected to the flange 30. When the door 14 is rotated, the drive pin 24 is fitted to the drive hole 38, and the rotating flange 30 tries to rotate. However, the rotation of the rotating flange 30 is braked by the hinge 40, so that the door 14 does not automatically open.
