PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure of handle for holding door allowing a person to perform an initial opening operation by the pulling operation of each of inner and outer handles with a relatively small force. SOLUTION: In this fitting structure of handle, the inner handle 13 and outer handle 14 are mounted on in door and out door sides, respectively, in the door top-side end part of a folding door body 3 openably and closably mounted on a frame 2. The inner handle 13 is mounted on the door top-side end part so as to position in the door tail-side from the rotating center of the door top side, and extended to the door tail side with a grip part 82. The outer handle 14 is mounted on the door top-side end part so as to be closer to the door tail side from the rotating center of the door top side, and extended to the door top side with a grip part 82.
