PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a maintenance-control space in a manhole even if the manhole size is small when connecting a vertical pipe arranged in the manhole to an inflow pipe by using an inflow branch pipe. SOLUTION: The inflow branch pipe 3 installed in the vertical pipe 1 and the inflow pipe 2 being an upstream pipe are connected on the outside of the manhole 101, and an arranging position of the vertical pipe 1 in the manhole 101 is brought near to an inner wall surface of the manhole 101 in an executable range.
