PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a congestion mitigation system for smoothly performing a transaction in a store terminal which requires an input of necessary input items.SOLUTION: A congestion mitigation system 1 includes: transmission means 11 for transmitting a necessary input item request signal which shows an arbitrary necessary input item to a portable terminal 20 in a store terminal 10; and receiving means 12 for receiving a reply signal transmitted from the portable terminal 20 which shows a reply to the necessary input item. The portable terminal 20 includes: portable receiving means 21 for receiving the arbitrary necessary input item request signal transmitted from the store terminal 10; reply generation means 26 for generating a reply signal which shows a reply to the necessary input item shown by the arbitrary necessary input item request signal received by the portable receiving means 21; and portable transmission means 28 for transmitting the reply signal generated by the reply generation means 26 to the store terminal 10. |
