PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device and motor unit having the same, configured so that heat of a circuit element is apt to move to a ceramic section.SOLUTION: A control device 1B of the motor unit includes: a gear housing 110 with a support wall section 115; a ceramic section 80 formed on the support wall section 115; a circuit substrate body 71 fixed on the ceramic section 80; a power element 72 positioned inside the circuit substrate body 71; and a load receiving member 73 that is positioned around the power element 72 inside the circuit substrate body 71 and receives a load applied to the circuit substrate body 71.
