PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooler which allows for cooling while suppressing power consumption or noise, without increasing the cost, even when any temperature sensor fails, and to provide an electronic apparatus, a cooling method and a cooling program.SOLUTION: A cooler comprises: a temperature prediction unit which predicts a measurement value by a failed heat source temperature sensor on the basis of the measurement value by a sound sensor, the measurement value by an exhaust temperature sensor for measuring the exhaust temperature, i.e., the temperature at an exhaust port for exhausting heat generated by a plurality of heat sources from the housing thereof, and the information representative of the temperature distribution characteristics in the housing, and a revolution number calculation unit for calculating the number of revolution of a cooling fan rotating in the housing, on the basis of the value thus predicted and the measurement value by a sound sensor. |
