The present invention relates to a sleep aid device enabling a user to have a deep sleep. The sleep aid device of the present invention is composed of an empty part where a head of the human body is inserted, and the sleep aid device (100) has the empty part inside and comprises a housing (110) having one side opened to have the human head inserted. The sleep aid device of the present invention not only maintains the proper temperature and humidity to relax breathing, but also is made of a cypress releasing phytocide which is antibiotic, to have a significant effect of enabling the user to have a deep sleep. |
