<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet-curable ink having excellent jetting stability, high impact accuracy and high sensitivity, and capable of outputting a highly minute image; and to provide an inkjet recording method by using the ink. <P>SOLUTION: The ultraviolet-curable ink is used by being jetted from an inkjet head at a drive frequency of ≥3 kHz and at a droplet speed of ≥5 m/s.
