PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To moor a marine vessel by following a water level, and landing the marine vessel without damaging it in preparation for large change of the water level. SOLUTION: The mooring facility 10 is equipped with three mooring parts 11, 11, 11 and three loosely fixing tools 15, 15, 15. The mooring parts 11, 11, 11 are rod-shape and disposed in parallel each other and with an interval striding a riverbank from the water bottom, and extending to the land 5 side along the surface of the riverbank, and mountably disposed by installing the marine vessel 21. In each mooring part 11, an irregular shaped reinforcing bar 12 is stored in a polyvinyl chloride pipe by arranging in lengthwise direction each other, and the polyvinyl chloride pipe 13 prevents the marine vessel from being damaged. Each loosely fixing tool 15 moors the marine vessel 21 to the riverbank 3 by loosely fixing the marine vessel 21 with each mooring part 11. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
