PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a temperature difference between a defroster blow port 20 and a foot blow port 24 proper at reduced costs and with a simple structure. SOLUTION: A rib 28 for passing cool air bridged from a cool air bypass passage 15 side to a foot opening 24 side and having a width dimension L approximately perpendicular to a ventilating direction larger than a height dimension H in a ventilation direction of warm air is formed at an exit side end 18a of a warm air passage 18. Thereby, some of warm air blown from the exit side end 18a are blocked by the rib 28 for passing the cool air bridged to the exit side end 18a of the warm air passage 18, and the cool air from the cool air bypass passage 18 is bypassed and passed to the foot opening 24 side on a back face side of the rib 28 for passing the cool air, so as to make the temperature difference between the defroster blow port 20 and the foot blow port 24 proper.
