As a substitute for the mixture of raw sugar with molasses or with invert sugar used in manufacturing the fodder described in the parent Specification, "filling material" or raw sugar alone or ground dried beet is employed. The above mentioned materials with the addition of water if necessary are admixed with the ordinary granular supplementary fodders (for example, bran, oilcake meal, dried sugar beet solution, cocoa shells, rice fodder meal, ground beet with cattle salt blood meal, soya clippings and animal charcoal dust) at about 100 DEG C., and the plastic material moulded in a suitable press. |
