PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube connection structure that when one of a first connector and a second connector is screwed into the other connector, prevents the occurrence of torsion to a tube to facilitate mutual fitting of the first connector and the second connector with small force.SOLUTION: In a tube connection structure, at least one of an external cylinder 2 and an internal cylinder 12 comprises: a tube connection part 16 in which a flow channel of a fluid is formed and to which a tube is attached; and a rotational cylinder 17 that is attached to the tube connection part 16 so as to rotate around a center axis line with respect to the tube connection part 16.
