PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side cover structure of a saddle riding type vehicle which prevents heat occurring in portions, such as a knee grip part 61, which occupant's legs touch.SOLUTION: A side cover structure of a saddle riding type vehicle includes: a vehicle body frame 10; an engage 35 which is supported by the vehicle body frame 10; a seat for occupant seating 42 which is disposed above the engine 35; and a side cover 60 which covers the lateral side of a vehicle body. In the side cover structure of the saddle riding type vehicle, the side cover 60 includes a knee grip part 61 in a position which is located at the front side of the seat 42 and contacts with occupant legs. The knee grip part 61 is formed into a double structure composed of inner and outer portions. |
