CELLULOSE BASED FILAMENT FIBERS, AND TIRE CORD PREPARED THEREFROM

Cellulose based filament fibers and the tire cord by using the same are provided to manufacture the tire cord having an optimized property, superior shrinkage stress, and a low shrinkage rate. In cellulose based filament fibers, a shrinkage behavior index defined as a calculus 1 is 0.1(cN/tex)/% or greater in 180 °C. In the calculus 1, the shrinkage behavior index is shrinkage stress(cN/tex)/shrinkage(%). The filament fibers includes lyocell filament fiber, rayon filament fiber or their mixture. The total number of the filament is 200 ~ 2000. Total fineness is 200 ~ 3000 denier. A shrinkage rate of the tire cord is -0.1 ~ -2 % value in 180°C.
