A lighting device capable of uniformly maintaining illuminance of installation space with lattice type prism is provided to prevent fatigue of eyes by diffusing a light irradiated from a light source. A lighting device comprises a transparent plate(100), a reflective plate(200), and a prism(300). A storage space part(110) is formed inside the transparent plate. A light source(120) is positioned inside a center of the transparent plate, and has a cylindrical shape. The transparent plate has a cylindrical part(101) corresponding to a shape of the light source, and is made of transparent synthetic resin. The reflective plate surrounds the light source, is installed inside the transparent plate, and reflects a light irradiated from the light source. The prism is positioned on a bottom surface of the transparent plate, diffuses a light reflected from the reflective plate, and is composed of a top prism and a bottom prism. At least one among the top prism and the bottom prism is formed to a lattice type. |
