<p>The device (1) has position detection devices (22.1, 22.2) detecting position of transport units e.g. trolley (5) and delivery carriage (10), in guides (F1, F2). The detection devices have measuring rail systems (23.1, 23.2) arranged parallel to the guides. The systems have measuring rails (23.11, 23.21, 23.22), arranged at distance to each other in moving direction of the units under formation of free spaces (24.1,24.2) and are assigned to handling stations (A-C). A detector unit (25) with an optical sensor, characterizes the position in a moving path in cooperation with the rails.</p> |
