A dental impression treatment composition and a method for manufacturing the same are provided, which enable to give the flexibility and antibiosis to the paste. A dental impression treatment composition comprises nano non-woven fabric 1.00~30.00 weight%, nanosilver 0.1~20.00 weight%, and distilled water 10.00~20.00 weight%, aluminum chloride hexahydrate 10.00~15.00 weight%, bio-affinity oil 0.01~0.50 weight%, clay 50.00~80.00 weight%, and starch powder 0.05~3.00 weight%. The nano non-woven fabric uniformly permeates in the paste by gradually adding the pulverized nano non-woven fabric of the fibrous form or the particle shape in a step for adding the clay.
