The present invention relates to a copolycarbonate and a composition comprising same, the copolycarbonate according to the present invention allowing the low-temperature impact strength, yellow index (YI) and flowability to be improved simultaneously by having a structure in which a particular siloxane compound has been introduced to the polycarbonate main chain.
