A memory access control method and apparatus is provided. The present invention provides a method for controlling access of a master device to a memory device, the method comprising the steps of: receiving, from the master device, a request for access to at least one bank among a plurality of banks included in the memory device; determining whether to approve access to each of the at least one bank to which the request for access has been made; generating validity information indicating whether access to each of the at least one bank is approved; and transmitting the generated validity information to the master device. |
