PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive paste that can be heated at a low temperature of 200°C or less and can provide a conductive film having a sufficiently low electric resistivity.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a conductive paste comprising (A) silver powder surface-treated with liquid fatty acid, (B) thermosetting resin and/or thermoplastic resin, and (C) diluent. The present invention also provides a conductive paste comprising (A) silver powder surface-treated with liquid fatty acid and solid fatty acid, (B) thermosetting resin and/or thermoplastic resin, and (C) diluent.
