PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To break through a situation in which a satisfactory technology has not been provided for continuously performing emulsified or emulsion-like drainage treatment while controlling a concentration of drainage, and to provide a drainage treatment apparatus technology capable of continuously performing purification processing and drainage concentration control in relation to emulsified or emulsion-like drainage purification processing.SOLUTION: The present invention includes an electrolytic tank, an upstream-side bubble generation tank disposed next to the electrolytic tank on a downstream side of the electrolytic tank, and a downstream-side bubble generation tank disposed next to the bubble generation tank on the downstream side of the bubble generation tank. A floating matter separation tank accompanying a drainage purification progress measurement unit and floating matter collection mechanism is disposed on the downstream side of the bubble generation tanks. In particular, in the drainage purification progress measurement unit, a beam emanating from a beam source is irradiated to a light transmission pipe, which is attached to the floating matter separation tank, over an attenuation ring, passes through or is transmitted or scattered by purification water in the light transmission pipe, and then enters a light receiving unit. Owing to the mechanism, since drainage purification processing and drainage concentration control can be continuously achieved, simple drainage treatment can be achieved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
