A mobile phone protective casing having an audio amplifier system; the protective casing of the mobile phone comprises a back cover mounted at a back surface of the mobile phone; the back cover is a flat-panel loudspeaker box; and the flat-panel loudspeaker box is electrically connected to the mobile phone to replay the audio information of the mobile phone.
