The purpose of the present invention is to facilitate the work of fixing a reinforcing member to the back surface of a wall panel of a car with a double-sided tape interposed therebetween. The elevator panel according to the present invention is equipped with: a face board; a reinforcing member which has a hat-shaped cross section and is fixed to the back surface of the face board; a double-sided tape which is interposed between the back surface of the face board and the reinforcing member so as to affix both to each other; and reinforcing member guides which each have formed therein a pair of inclined portions facing each other and inclined toward the back surface of the face board, wherein a hat-shaped flange of the reinforcing member abuts the inclined portions, the reinforcing member guides being provided at the ends of the face board.
