Disclosed are a method, device and system for implementing a broadband trunking service. The method comprises: a trunking terminal acquires trunking service group information, and determines a target service group from the trunking service group information and; when the trunking terminal selects to join/exit the target service group, the trunking terminal sends, to a group management entity, a notification message carrying identifier information of the target service group that is to join/exit, so that the trunking management entity marks the trunking terminal according to the notification information. Information with the selected service group can be reported to a UE, the group management entity is prevented from interfering with the UE that is not interested in the service in the trunking service group while a group call service is performed, network resource waste is reduced, and the user experience is effectively improved.
