PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide speech reservation device, method and program capable of reserving speech in accordance with inquiry from clients.SOLUTION: A speech reservation device includes means for receiving data indicating at least one of the reservation time zone, content and language, means for specifying a group capable of answering at least one of the content and language received, in the group database, means for specifying an operator capable of answering in the time zone received, from among the operators belonging the specified group, in the operator database, means for transmitting an identifier associated with the time zone received and the specified group, and means for accepting the speech with any operator belonging to the associated group, when the identifier is received in the associated time zone.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
