The present invention relates to an emergency management system for a senior citizen who lives alone. The emergency management system for the senior citizen who lives alone, uses a wearable device which is capable of checking a body condition or movement information and whether to go out of a user and quickly taking action upon occurrence of a health emergency. It is possible to quickly check the body condition of a wearer by contrasting data transmitted from the wearable device with medical records of the corresponding wearer or setting values. It is possible to allow a protector or a central control center to monitor the body condition and the movement information of the senior citizen who lives alone in real time to request an emergency organ for prompt assistance in time of emergency.
