The present invention relates to a lance (20) to prevent a flame from being pulled to one side. The lance (20) is inserted into a smelting furnace (10) and injects fuel and air. The lance (20) prevents the flame generated on an end of the lance (20) from being pulled to one side. According to the present invention, the lance (20) to prevent the flame from being pulled to one side, which is inserted from an upper part into the smelting furnace (10) and supplies the fuel and the air, comprises: a fuel supply path (100) supplying the fuel as the fuel is distributed from a center; a gas supply path (200) supplying gas as the gas is distributed from an outer side; a vortex generation unit (300) installed in the gas supply path (200), generating a vortex of the gas as a spiral form is formed from an upper part to a lower part of the lance (20) based on the center of the lance (20); a vortex dissipation unit (400) enabling an end of the gas supply path (200) to be closed, wherein the vortex generated in the gas supply path (200) is dissipated; and a gas discharge path (500) installed between the fuel supply path (100) and the gas supply path (200) on a lower part of the lance (20), discharging the gas in which the vortex is dissipated in the gas supply path (200) inside of the smelting furnace (10).
