PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorinated hydrocarbon compound-filled gas filling container which is obtained by filling a container with high purity fluorinated hydrocarbon compound and which does not cause reduction in purity of the fluorinated hydrocarbon compound within the container even when stored for long time.SOLUTION: There is provided the fluorinated hydrocarbon compound-filled gas filling container which is obtained by filling the inside of a container with fluorinated hydrocarbon compound, and in which the fluorinated hydrocarbon compound has a purity of 99.90 vol.% or more, a moisture content of 500 vol.ppm or less and a fluorine ion content of 0.05 wt.ppm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
