PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for treating a human scalp.SOLUTION: A cosmetic treatment method for treating a human scalp is characterized in that a cosmetic composition and/or gas is applied to the scalp by a spray device operated by compressed gas.
