PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated communication application which allows a user to communicate with a contact address across a plurality of electronic communication services.SOLUTION: When a user wants to transmit a message, a communication application identifies a set of account address candidates associated with some electronic communication services, in response to reception of a partial identifier of a specified recipient. The application presents a list including a set of account addresses candidates to the user. In response to reception of one user selection of account address, the application determines the sender account of message source. The application also aggregates the communication history between the user and the other party. A set of communication files associated with the user identifier between the user and the other party are acquired and arranged in the order based on the time stamp of each speech content in the file, and presented to the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
