<p>A probe is made portable, and all the operations necessary for laser beam application can be done by a single hand. A control circuit for timer-controlling the on-time of intermittent application and a laser drive circuit (not shown) are provided on a circuit board (13) in a handy case (11). Each time a push switch (16) provided to the case (11) is pushed once, the mode is changed in order of power supply on, on-time change (one second to six seconds), and power supply off. In response to the change of the on-time to one of one to six seconds, the color of an LED lamp (15) changes in order of green, green blink, orange, orange blink, red, and red blink. When the push switch (16) is pushed for a long time of 1.5 seconds, the power supply is turned off, and the laser application is stopped. All the on-times of different time lengths can be displayed by a single LED lamp, and the change of the on/off of the power supply and the on-time can be all performed by a single push switch. Therefore a conventional desktop case can be omitted, and the probe is more portable.</p> |
